Went to dr Snyder for problem wisdom tooth for extraction and spent time signing paper work relieving hime from any responsibility for any problems that might arise with the removal. I have never had that happen before with anty medical treatment Ended up tooth was infected and didn't need to be removed Now four years later reinfection occurred and went. to another oral surgeon for removal. Went great and no document relieving him for bad dentistry. I would go elsewhere

DO NOT go to this office. I repeat DO NOT use this practice in any way shape or form. I was getting consults from several different doctors on doing full arch implants. Not only was I told directly from Dr. Snyders mouth on our initial consultation that the consult would be free along with the x-ray. Like every other facility does. After meeting with him a few times, I definitely caught him in a few discrepancies on how he wanted to approach the treatment. First off it was a certain way and it was gonna be about 60 K. ( Mind you From my research that treatment plan extremely outdated) Our second appointment he wanted to do it another way and it was gonna be 80 K. He told me he was not gonna be able to place the final implants that I would have to go to a standard dentist. Which is the complete opposite practice of every other facility. When I asked him how much he thought that was gonna cost and what dentist should place the final implants. His words were “ I don’t know I will have to find you a dentist” Which would lead anybody to believe that he has not done many of these full arch procedures, as he does not have a dentist on hand and know the dollar amount. Not to mention his “technology” consist of taking pictures with his phone. On top of him bragging about himself constantly. Fast-forward five months later. I received a bill in the mail for the consult. After talking to their “ Office manager” Who was extremely rude, and customer service was lacking to say the least. They were unwilling or unable to waive the $162 consult fee. Other staff members where friendly. But their office manager should definitely go get training on customer service. Do not use this place, you will be ripped off.
