Insurance and Payment Options
At Sierra Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, our goal is to provide excellent care at the most reasonable cost. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made.
Payment options:
- Cash: Always accepted.
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
- CareCredit: Apply online (www.carecredit.com) or in our office.
- Financing Options: We are pleased to offer several health charge plans to help you with financing. If you are interested in applying for a health charge plan, please let us know and we will assist you in the application process.
Insurance Information
Your insurance plan is an agreement between you and your insurance company. As a courtesy, our staff will assist by submitting your insurance claims. Please bring your insurance information to your first consultation.
At the time of service, we collect an estimated patient portion based on the insurance details provided. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage.
Statements and Balances
- We will send you a monthly statement.
- Most insurance companies respond within 4–6 weeks.
- If your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame, please call us.
- Any remaining balance after insurance payment is your responsibility. Prompt remittance is appreciated.
