the staff was great and friendly but i was put off by dr. snyder’s behavior. while i sat waiting for 30 minutes or so as he went into his office and closed the door. the staff asked if i was in a hurry and i said i had time. this leads me to believe he was catching up with other activity not related to me / but that’s just speculation. regardless when he’s going thru all of my information why not do it with me. his approach was off putting. he may be a great dr. but his patient communication skills were sub par. when i called make my appointment, the office said to plan on an hour. i was there 2 hours. i realize my case might have been more complex because i take eliquis but an extra hour makes no sense. take care. bob condon

I’ve been coming to Timothy’s office now for over a year. Primarily, I’ve had troubles with two molars that needed complete extraction, followed by implants, and one needed a bone graft. They have been incredibly professional, dearly friendly, helpful far beyond what is required of them, and the work that Timothy and his team have performed has been, genuinely, the best dental work I’ve ever received. Be sure to ask Timothy about his awesome dental implant robot machine; it significantly increases precision and replicable results to the final product living for the rest of your life in your jaw. This is a fantastic practice and I will recommend them highly to anyone.
